I'm loving seeing everyone's after posts from #friskyfall! I didn't do as well as I had hoped between being sick and going away for 2 weeks during the challenge. I know better how to prepare and am looking forward to the next one! 1⃣pumpkin breakfast bowl2⃣candy...ugh!3⃣veggies and hummus, banana, chia pudding4⃣pf smoothie, nuts5⃣apple, cauliflower, @healthy_italian buffalo chicken salad with buffalo greek yogurt dressing.
